6 ways to help your church introduce PEACE

1. Get involved personally.

     Become involved with Missions at New Life. Find out about our missionaries and their needs.

     Go on a trip and encourage others to do the same.

     Ask: What can I do to bring P.E.A.C.E. to the world?

2. Combine P.E.A.C.E. and prayer.

     Prayer has to be front and center in the P.E.A.C.E. Plan. This is so big it could never be accomplished   

     apart from prayer and God. Through P.E.A.C.E., people will have to confront their own self-centeredness,

     and spiritual warfare will occur; both of these things must be fought with prayer.

     Ask: What can I pray for in the P.E.A.C.E. Plan?

3. Strengthen your small group network.

    Because P.E.A.C.E. is led by small groups, healthy groups are key to its success.

    Ask: How can the members of my small group take part in the PEACE Plan?

4. Embrace a holistic Gospel.

    Throughout Scripture, God speaks of his care for people's bodies and minds, not just their souls.

     P.E.A.C.E. follows this example by addressing people's spiritual, physical, and mental needs.

    Ask: Do I place as much emphasis on meeting people's needs as I do on saving their souls?

5. Practice Local, as well as prepare for Global P.E.A.C.E.

    Identify and facilitate local P.E.A.C.E. opportunities.

    Ask: How can my family and small groups get involved with PEACE in our area?

6. By faith, expect and plan for God to use your church.

    Ask: What Can God do through New Life to impact the world?
